Love Spumante’

This 100% organic certified wine is a beautiful, sparkling blend of Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc. It is medium dry with good acid. The flavors are of baked red apple, citrus marmalade & pear. It is a perfect wine & presentation for occasions such as weddings, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or just because. The metal label is also a removable keepsake.

Villa Valentina Sangiovese

An impressive Malbec with deep purple hues and concentrated fruit notes like blackberry and red currant. The nose shows purity of fruit and complexity of aromas of a Malbec. It is a wine with an exquisite mouth and very sweet tannins and a long silky finish. This noble wine expresses the maturity of the vineyards in each of its characteristics.

Vegan Cabernet Sauvignon

 

  • Clayey, slimy with calcareous marl located around the 45° parallel north.

  • By hand

  • Grape pressing and destemming with maceration on the skins and controlled temperature fermentation with cultured yeasts, according to the vegan’s methods

  • In stainless steel vats. During refining the wine undergoes several analytical controls to assure its integrity and the absence of animal traces.

  • It’s a vine coming from the Bordeaux area, able to give firmly structured wines destined to refining. According to the University of Davis it would be a spontaneous hybridization between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. It is produced with strict respect of the vegan technique certified by Certiquality

  • Alcohol: 13% vol.
    Color: Ruby red with garnet red tinges.
    Smell: Intense and elegant with fragrant herbal scents of pepper.
    Taste: Dry, balanced and elegant with good tannic content.
    Food Pairings: Lasagne with seitan, seitan goulash with vegetables and veggie burger, but also meat and medium aged cheese.
    Service temperature: 16° – 18°C

Cabernet- Sauvignon Merlot

The Château Tholomies covers some 49 hectares (122.5 acres) of vineyard and is situated on the foothills of the “Montagne Noire”, 30 km from Carcassonne. The variety of soil types is extensive so that the best site can be chosen for each grape variety. This wine has been produced using grapes grown with organic farming methods.

    Color: A bright garnet red colour with pretty violet reflections.

    Food Pairings: Salads, fish, grilled mix.

Vegan Chardonnay

  • Grape soft pressing and destemming. Fermentation with cultured yeasts at 16°C temperature, according to the vegan’s methods.

  • In stainless steel vats. During refining the wine undergoes several analytical controls to assure its integrity and the absence of animal traces.

  • It’s a vine coming from the Bordeaux area, able to give firmly structured wines destined to refining. According to the University of Davis it would be a spontaneous hybridization between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. It is produced with strict respect of the vegan technique certified by Certiquality.

  • Alcohol: 12% vol.
    Color: Straw-yellow with golden tinges
    Smell: Delicate, scents of fresh fruit, mango and papaia, which enhance the tipicality of Chardonnay
    Taste: Smooth, salty, and mineral. Freshness is underlined by the floral hints.
    Food Pairings: Zucchini omelet with chickpea flour, mixed green salad and tofu pizzas, but also white meats and fresh cheese.
    Service temperature: 10° – 12°C

Malbec

From our vineyards located in Cuyo region. Deep and stony with very low level of organic matter.

  • Hand harvesting. Destemming and crushing. Addition of selected yeasts. Controlled alcoholic fermentation. Draining. Pneumatic pressing and racking. Controlled natural malolactic fermentation. Stabilizing. Filtration. Bottling.

  • Taste: This is a rich red colored Malbec with violet hues. Redolent of plums and blackberries. Good structure with soft tannins and long aftertaste.
    Food Pairings: The ideal wine for grilled meats. It also combines very well with turkey and pasta.
    Drinking Temperature: 15°-17° C
